PURPOSE
The purpose of Workers’ Compensation is to provide medical treatment, wage replacement, and rehabilitation support for employees who are injured or become ill as a direct result of their job duties.

Employees cleared by a medical professional to return to work must provide a written medical release before resuming duties. If restricted duty is recommended, Clean Freaks will make reasonable efforts to provide modified responsibilities as available.
Clean Freaks takes every precaution to prevent workplace injuries, but when they do occur, we are committed to ensuring our employees receive the support and care they need.
Clean Freaks complies with all state and federal laws regarding Unemployment Insurance (UI). This benefit provides temporary financial assistance to eligible employees who become unemployed through no fault of their own and who meet the eligibility requirements set forth by the state.
WHAT IS UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE?
Unemployment Insurance is a government-sponsored program that provides temporary wage replacement to individuals who have lost their job or had their hours significantly reduced. The benefit is designed to support individuals while they actively seek new employment.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Eligibility for unemployment benefits is determined by the state’s unemployment office, not by Clean Freaks. However, general eligibility may include:
