Living in the Chicagoland area your home environment changes constantly, there’s no ideal checklist for cleaning it, no way to pinpoint the number of hours it will take to effectively clean your home. Our green cleaning services are completely comprehensive and customized. No matter how detailed the list is, we do whatever it takes to provide you with a thorough Green Clean home.

Every Deep Clean includes everything listed on our Cleaning Checklist with the exception of the Move-In/Out portion. Move-In/Out Cleans include everything listed.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

When we return for recurring service, we don’t repeat all of the tasks listed: we maintain them.

We do not climb higher than the reach of our 1ft step stool unless a safe and stable ladder is provided. If you the customer provide a ladder we will clean up to a 8 ft high reach. Most homes have at least one light fixture/ceiling fan that can’t be reached by hand or heavy furniture that can’t be lifted, when this occurs we try our best to reach this area with an extension.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. Blinds will be dusted but may have extensive build up that cannot be removed.

We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. For health reasons we have instructed our staff to leave certain items/and or areas untouched; pet crates/beds, litter boxes, vomit, and/or fecal matter.
