QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW & BONUS POLICY

Clean Freaks values high performance, consistency, and alignment with our core values. To recognize and reward top-performing employees, we conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews to evaluate your contribution and determine bonus eligibility.


REVIEW FREQUENCY

Performance reviews are conducted quarterly—once every three months—based on the following schedule:

  • Q1: January – March
  • Q2: April – June
  • Q3: July – September
  • Q4: October – December

BONUS STRUCTURE

Employees are eligible to receive up to a 15% increase on base pay each quarter, based on performance in four key areas. The bonus is calculated as a percentage of your current base pay rate.

Example: If your base pay is $21.00/hour

  • A 15% performance bonus = $3.15
  • Total potential adjusted rate = $24.15/hour

REVIEW CRITERIA  

You will be evaluated across four core performance areas:

  1. Attendance – Including timeliness, call-offs, and reliability
  2. Feedback – Client reviews and internal feedback (positive and negative)
  3. Demonstration of Core Values – Professionalism, accountability, and team spirit
  4. Time Management – Staying within or appropriately adjusting scheduled service times

0-1 Areas  |  0%  |  $0.00  |  $21.00

2 Areas  | 5%  | $1.05  |  $22.05

3 Areas |  10%  |  $2.10  |  $23.10

All 4 Areas  | 15%  |  $3.15  |  $24.15


BONUS LIMITATIONS

If you are a Cleaning Technician who earns $3.00 or more above the starting base pay, due to tenure or added job responsibilities, you are:

  • NOT eligible for the 15% quarterly bonus

Eligible instead for:

  •  5-Star Yelp & Google Review Rewards
  • Annual Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of 3.7%, applied each January

PROVISION

Employees who have received a Disciplinary Action within the past 60 days are ineligible for promotions, pay increases, transfers, or employee recognition awards—unless otherwise approved by upper management.
