WORKING INTERVIEW / TRAINING PERIOD
All new hires must complete a 5-day working interview/training period to evaluate their fit for Clean Freaks’ standards and expectations. During this period:
If the new hire successfully passes training and the background check is cleared, they will be formally onboarded, issued company supplies, and transition into the 90-day probationary period.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
All new employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period beginning on the date of official hire. During this time:
COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT
Upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, the employee’s hourly rate will increase to the current starting pay rate set by Clean Freaks. Performance reviews may also be conducted at this stage to assess progress and determine readiness for long-term employment.
BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENT
All new hires must undergo and pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process. Employment offers are considered conditional until background check results are received and approved by management.
