Clean Freaks is closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact on our community. The health and safety of our customers is our highest priority during this time. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19 in your home. We’d like to share the procedures & commitments our company has implemented in our day-to-day operations.

 One-step Hospital Grade Disinfectant

Benefect  Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant Cleaner is a one-step hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner . In laboratory tests, Decon 30 has been proven to kill over 99.99% of the EPA’s test microorganisms in just 30 seconds!

Decon 30 uses Benefect‘s proprietary Thyme Oil Active Ingredient (which is formulated with whole essential plant oils, not synthesized copies) and is proven to be less toxic than vinegar. Decon 30 was developed with 0.05% Thyme Oil which gives it a lighter fragrance. It also includes a botanical surfactant to give it more cleaning ability and a faster disinfection time

The unique, optimized dynamic chemistry (ODC) surfactant system in Benefect Decon 30 boosts cleaning performance while still achieving hospital-level disinfection—all with 75% LESS active ingredient!

It is also a food surface contact sanitizer, which means restorers can decontaminate sensitive kitchen surfaces without rinsing, wiping, or leaving behind synthetic chemical residue. It can even be used to clean children’s toys!

Enhanced Disinfection Focus Areas

We always maintain the best house cleaning practices. During this time, we have added a new High Touch Disinfecting Procedure where we use our disinfectant cleaning agent on:

• Doorknobs
• Light Switches
• Hand Railings
• Countertops
• Appliance Handles/Knobs
• Sinks/Faucets
• Toilet Seats/Handles
• Accessible Handheld Remotes

Masks & Gloves

Cleaning Techs are required to wear a new disposable mask in each home for the entire duration of the cleaning visit. Techs are also required to wear a new pair of disposable gloves while servicing your home.

Hand Washing

Please provide hand soap and ensure the water is on for cleanings. All Techs will wash their hands with soap and water upon entering your home. Cleaning Techs will use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water isn’t available, and between servicing each home.

Daily Temperature Checks

We require daily temperature checks of all Cleaning Techs. Any fever or signs of illness for any reason will immediately prohibit them from entering your home.

As an additional safety precaution we’re asking that all customers comply with the new servicing guidelines:

• Limit in-home occupancy to 2 person max while also following the social distancing guidelines of 6+ft.
• If you or anyone in your household has been experiencing any symptoms or signs of illness, please refrain from scheduling.
• If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to (COVID-19) please cancel immediately.

IF ANY CLIENT CANCELS DUE TO COVID-19 SYMPTOMS THERE SHALL BE NO CANCELLATION FEE.
