To maintain professionalism, safety, and focus while on the job, Clean Freaks has established guidelines for appropriate cell phone use and media capturing during work hours. This policy outlines expectations for personal phone usage, as well as the proper and authorized use of photos or videos taken in customer homes or on job site. It applies to all team members and is designed to ensure professionalism, safety, and the protection of client privacy while supporting the company’s marketing efforts.
CELL PHONE USAGE
For the purposes of this policy, the term “cell phone” refers to any handheld electronic device capable of receiving or transmitting voice, text, or data messages.
⚠️ Sharing personal phone numbers with clients or contacting clients directly via personal phone—for any reason, including texting, calling, or sending photos or updates—is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, unless specifically approved by management or instructed in the client notes.
Even if permission is granted or contact is instructed, employees may only communicate with the client while actively servicing that client’s home. Personal contact with clients outside of those conditions is not permitted under any circumstances. All communication should remain professional and occur through approved company channels
To support Clean Freaks’ marketing and social media initiatives, all cleaning technicians are required to capture and submit media (photos and videos) from job sites in accordance with the following guidelines:
