Similarly, Clean Freaks has the right to terminate the employee’s employment at any time, for any reason or for no reason. Neither of these guidelines nor any other policy, procedure, practice or form creates or form created shall be construed as an expressed or implied contract of employment or as a guarantee of any fixed term(s) or condition(s) of employment. While Clean Freaks will generally attempt to follow the procedures and policies outlined in these guidelines, these procedures and policies are not a contract of employment. Clean Freaks retains the right to change or cancel the policies, procedures, practices, or benefits contained in these guidelines (or any other manual or form) in any manner, with or without notice and with or without consideration. Clean Freaks Cleaning Service will attempt to give notice, however, of such changes whenever practical.
Clean Freaks will uphold the intent and requirements of all federal, state, and local employment laws and is committed to providing equal employment opportunity. To that end, management of Clean Freaks will not discriminate against any employee or applicant in a manner that violates the law. Clean Freaks is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, matriculation or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law. Each person is evaluated on the basis of personal skill and merit. Clean Freak’s policy regarding equal employment opportunity applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, job assignments, promotions, working conditions, scheduling, benefits, wage and salary administration, disciplinary action, termination, and social, educational and recreational programs. Clean Freaks management shall act as the responsible agent in the full implementation of the Equal Employment Opportunity policy.
Clean Freaks Cleaning Service, Inc. will not tolerate any form of unlawful discrimination. All employees are expected to cooperate fully in implementing this policy. If Clean Freaks determines that a violation of this policy has occurred, it will take appropriate disciplinary action against the offending party, which can include counseling, warnings, suspensions, and termination.
At Clean Freaks, we are committed to providing a work environment that is safe, respectful, and free from all forms of harassment. Harassment—whether from a fellow employee, supervisor, client, or any other individual encountered in the course of work—is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
This policy covers all forms of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, visual, and sexual harassment, as well as any conduct that creates a hostile or intimidating work environment. It applies to behavior that occurs in the workplace, at client locations, and in any setting related to an employee’s duties.
We also strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against employees who report harassment or cooperate in related investigations. Retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of this policy.
Clean Freaks has established clear procedures for reporting and addressing harassment. All complaints will be taken seriously and handled promptly, with discretion and sensitivity. When inappropriate conduct is confirmed, immediate and appropriate corrective action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment or, in the case of clients, reassignment or termination of service.
We are committed to maintaining a culture of dignity, fairness, and mutual respect for all.
Please note: While this policy reflects our commitment to preventing harassment, it does not restrict our ability to address and discipline other forms of unacceptable workplace behavior—even if that behavior does not meet the legal definition of harassment.
