Dear Grout & Tile Owner,

Our organization operates in the lodging and hospitality industry. An industry where, not only cleanliness but, perceived cleanliness is of paramount importance. We have dedicated staff members to ensure all areas of the property are clean and this has led us to winning Quality Excellence Awards from Intercontinental Hotels Group. However, we were beginning to struggle with perceived cleanliness in some of our guest rooms and many public areas due to grout and tile that simply would not appear clean by conventional methods.

This is when Clean Freaks did a brief demonstration for us. We were amazed, and to certain degree embarrassed, by the results. Apparently, we had forgotten how the original flooring appeared. Currently, we have a quarterly agreement with Clean Freaks and could not be happier. Not only do they provide great service and assist with the upkeep of the property, but they also do so in the most professional manner imaginable. Dean and Anni even went out of their way to accommodate the needs of one of our guests, which is obviously our responsibility not theirs.

I am truly pleased and appreciative of the work and services Clean Freaks provides.

CleanFreaks have cleaned the floors around our buffet and salad bar area a couple of months ago. I was very impressed with the results around the buffet and salad bar area. I thought it made a big difference. The last time CleanFreaks were here, they cleaned the tile in the restrooms both the ladies and the men's. I didn't notice a big difference this time like I did on the tile around the buffet and salad bar area. My only thought was because this is a different kind of tile in the bathrooms, I wouldn't notice a big difference. Here is January they are going to do the bathrooms again and I will see if we see a big difference! Hope you are having a great New Year!

In a day where Customer Service at times, seems to be all but completely lost, the two of you renewed faith in me that servicing your customer's needs comes first. We here at Richland Carrousel Park are looking at achieving great milestones this year, and in preparations for the 3 millionth rider, bicentennial celebrations, as well as our ongoing commitment to being a true community carousel saw a need to bring life back in to our aging building, specifically our tile floor.

I was pleased with the surprise visit one day of a company who had the answer to make our tile and grout look good again. Anni was willing to set up a demo, but from the get go I knew your company could be trusted with our business. Walking through the steps from estimate to clean you showed nothing but first rate Customer service, even after the sale. Taking the time to work with us to be able to afford our need with trade options and discounts to help us meet our needs.

Dean, your patience to work our floors, which have been documented as being a problem since day one, were outstanding. Understandably the "worst" job yet requiring every additional step you had to get the tile to like new condition is commendable.

I am more than pleased with the outcome of the first cleaning. I look forward to being able to work with you in the future, to continue the spot on job you have done. I would like to see these floors back to like new condition and grout sealed, so in the long run our job and yours will be a lot easier.

I would like to thank you and Dean for the great job CleanFreaks did on our hallway tile floors at Park Avenue Car Wash. Even though our employees clean the floors regularly with a mop, it's been quite some time since the tile floors received a cleaning that extracts the soil and contamination build up within the pores of the grout/tile floors. Your information sheets and expertise in this area convinced me that it was time to clean our floors for cleanliness and appearance. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We tried everything to remove the paint in the grout of our kitchen floors. CleanFreaks scheduled a time to demo a part of our kitchen floors and not only removed the paint, but restored our floors like brand new.
