  • Why green cleaning?

    The term green cleaning refers to the use of products and methods that are environmentally friendly. Utilizing these products and employing these methods greatly assist in the preservation of human health and environmental quality. The techniques employed while green cleaning avoid the use of chemically-reactive and toxic cleaning products which contains various toxic chemicals, some of which emit volatile organic compounds causing respiratory and dermatological problems among other adverse effects. So in essence, the sum total of green cleaning is a win-win outcome where you are not only sanitizing your living quarters, but protecting the world that we inhabit.

  • Why Clean Freaks cleaning service?

    There are a number of reasons why you should utilize Clean Freaks for your cleaning needs. The main reason however is the quality of service. Despite the methods we employ, outstanding customer service, and affordable pricing; the main element that has allowed our business to thrive has been the results of our efforts. It has been our diligent work ethic and our care for detail that makes referrals our most lucrative avenue of new business.

  • Is Clean Freaks insured and bonded?

    Yes, Clean Freaks Cleaning Service is licensed, insured and bonded. We are more than happy to provide you with all information to the necessary sources so that you verify this for your own peace of mind. We believe that it is imperative for a cleaning service to be bonded and insured. The truth is however, that many cleaning companies do not carry this liability insurance. This is a very risky procedure because as we all know, accidents do occasionally occur.

  • Do you guarantee your work?

    Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner greener home is guaranteed. If you are not entirely pleased with our services please notify us within 24 hours of your service date and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied at no cost.

  • Will I have the same cleaning professional(s) each visit?

    We understand that there is a great deal of trust that goes into allowing someone into your personal space. Because of this, we have always found that our clients feel more secure when receiving exceptional service from a familiar face. We encourage this type of rapport, and thus will make every effort to send the same team each time. However, there may be occasions that we may have to make substitutions to accommodate scheduling . If this occurs, we always inform our customers in advance.

  • Do you offer any discounts for referrals?

    Yes we do. We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, so we believe that customer referrals are the highest form of compliment that we can receive. To encourage this type of word of mouth promotion that is significant to our business we have a Referral Rewards Program.

  • What times are you available to clean?

    Clean Freaks cleaning hours are Monday through Saturday. Mon- Sat, Closed on Sunday. Appointment times start at 8:00 am and our last appointment of the day starts as late as 2:00 p.m. Our Cleaning Technicians do not work past 5pm.

  • When will you arrive to clean my home?

    Due to a number of variables, Clean Freaks cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival. For your convenience we provide you with a 2 hour arrival windows.

  • How do I prepare for my cleaning day?

    We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items before our arrival so we can focus our time and efforts on dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places.

  • Should I provide any of the cleaning products or equipment?

    We will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment to efficiently green clean your home. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, or if you have any special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate your needs and use anything that you supply.

  • Will I pay the same amount for every visit?

    The initial house cleaning visit is typically higher in cost and takes us much longer to clean than subsequent visits due to the fact that we perform a deep, green cleaning of your home in order to establish a Clean Freaks level of clean that is sure to surpass your expectations. After our initial cleaning, your home’s Clean Freaks level of clean can easily be maintained in less time with regularly scheduled visits. Future house cleaning visits are charged as a flat fee.

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept cash, personal checks (payable to Clean Freaks), and credit card payments.

  • When is payment due for services?

    As with any service, payment is due in full at the time of service. Customers paying with a credit card are required to have a valid credit card on file, your credit card will be charged automatically on scheduled day of service. Customers paying with cash or a personal check my leave payment on the kitchen counter.
    *PLEASE NOTE* If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are unavailable or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • I have a pet, is that ok?

    We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. Our office should be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets.

  • What is your cancellation and lockout policy?

    We understand that an unforeseen event may occur that which may create a need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We require at least a 2 business day notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Once you make an appointment with us a time slot is reserved for you and we turn away other potential clients in order to ensure your appointment. In the event of cancellation with less than 2 business day notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Same applies if our cleaners are locked out and cannot gain access to your home.

  • What if something gets broken while you are cleaning my house?

    It is our utmost honor to be in your home, and because we wish to treat your home with the same great care and respect as we do our own, on the rare event that we do break something during the course of cleaning while in your residence, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item through our insurer.
