Will your system damage my floors?
Tile and Grout if installed properly can handle up to 3000 psi. We clean tile and grout floors at 800-1800 psi, so as long as your tile and grout is installed properly, we will not damage your floors. We understand over time, wear and tear can break down your floors. If for any reason some grout is removed during our process we will replace it for you.
How long does the cleaning take?
Every cleaning is different based on the contamination on the floor. The first cleaning always takes longer as we want to know that we have cleaned it to the best of our ability on that visit. Each visit thereafter will be a little quicker.
Are your chemicals harmful?
All of our products are Biodegradable and VOC compliant. They will not harm your floors, people or any animal in the building.
How often do I need this done?
Every floor is based on how well it is maintained. Following are the recommendations as to how often a business or home owner should clean their tile and grout based on traffic.
Residential – Every 6 months to a year
Commercial Kitchens & Lobbies (Fast Food) – Every month
Commercial lobby (Sit down restaurants, Nursing homes, Golf Courses, etc…) – Every 90 days
Commercial Kitchens (Restaurants, Nursing homes, Golf Courses, etc…) – Every 90 days
Can’t my carpet cleaning company clean my tile?
Carpet cleaners do not have the equipment that allows them to deep clean your hard surface floors like CleanFreaks. Carpet cleaners do not have the ability to clean at a high pressure with high heat and vacuum. Their systems only allow them to heat their water to 160 degrees, this temperature is only at the truck and less at the floors surface. Carpet Cleaner companies pressure is not able to go any higher than 800 psi. They also do not have the suction we are capable of producing.
Our pressure, heat and vacuum are components that allow us to deep clean your tile, grout and other hard surfaces to restore them to their original condition.
Will you use all of my hot water?
We will not use any of your hot water. Our truck mount system is equipped with 3 heat exchangers so we will convert your cold water into hot water with temperatures higher than 220 degrees.
What kind of a mess do you make?
All of our equipment cleaning heads are made to keep the water contained with no mess. Our system produces 2 gallons a minute and we extract that water as fast as we produce it. If there would be the occasion that our employees would accidentally create any mess, we will immediately clean or correct it.
Who will be doing the cleaning?
CleanFreaks employees pass a complete drug testing and background checks. We value our customers and expect them to feel comfortable while a CleanFreaks employee is in their home or business. We treat our customers as we would want to be treated. CleanFreaks is locally owned and operated. You are most likely see one, if not both, of the owners at each cleaning. We want to ensure that you are getting the best cleaning and customer service on each and every visit.
Can you clean walls?
Yes, we have tools that allow us to clean these areas. With our system and tools, we have no problem cleaning any hard to reach area.
Can you clean corners and baseboards?
Yes, we clean corners and baseboards with a special tool, called a Raptor. The Raptor tool allows us to get into areas that are hard to reach to remove build up and contamination.
Do we need to move everything?
No, our tools allow us to clean all areas. If for some reason we are unable to reach a specific area, our staff, with your permission, will move the item. Our exception is of course, commercial stoves and deep fryers. All our tools allow us to get in, around and under hard to reach areas.
